Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data PDMA collects, why, how long it is kept, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

What we collect: your name, email address, membership status and tier, and your class/1-2-1 booking history. If you contact us or book a one-off session as a guest, we also collect the phone number and any message you provide.

Why we collect it: this data is processed on the basis of contractual necessity – we need it to create your account, manage your membership, run the class schedule, and deliver the booking service you sign up for. Where you opt in to marketing updates (for example as a guest booker), we rely on your consent for that specific use.

How long we keep it: your account data is retained for as long as your membership is active. If you cancel your membership, your account and associated data are retained for 30 days (matching the notice period in our Payment & Cancellation Policy) before being automatically deleted.

Who we share it with: Supabase, our hosting and database provider, acts as a data processor and stores your data on our behalf. GoCardless and SumUp, our payment processors, receive the minimum information needed to process membership payments, 1-2-1 session payments, and merchandise orders. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Cookies: our website uses a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work – to keep you signed in (via our authentication provider, Clerk) and to protect our contact and booking forms from spam and automated abuse (via Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or marketing, and no non-essential tracking cookies are set on this site.

Your rights: you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via the Contact page. Row Level Security is enabled on every table in our database, so members can only ever access their own records – staff access is limited to what's needed to run the club.
